FIRST TIME?

Our classes cater for all levels and beginners are always welcome. Please arrive 15 minutes before classes start so you can register and get ready. Light track-suit and bare feet are all you need to start. Beginners will receive instruction on the fundamental Aikido body movements and partner training exercises. Emphasis will be on learning how to practice in a safe and enjoyable manner.

Aikido classes are available every week of the year at the Ikigai Aikido Dojo in Vratza, Bulgaria, for all ages and experience levels. The Vratza Aikido Dojo is a member of the Bulgarian National Aikido Union (NAU), which is recognized by the Aikikai Foundation in Tokyo as an authority for the teaching of Aikido in Bulgaria.
